Instructor & Studio Owner
As studio founder and principal instructor, Andrea brings a breadth and depth of movement expertise. Her passion for alignment, postural precision, and freedom of movement extends across all of her teaching experiences, from private to group instruction and beyond.
With a vast education and background in movement arts, acting, and choreography, Andrea received the esteemed certification by The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) — the official Pilates governing entity — in Toronto, Canada in 2005. Here she focused on client rehabilitation and pre/post-natal support programming. In 2006 she completed her registered yoga teacher training in Columbus, Ohio, and has since devoted hundreds of hours to training teachers in both disciplines.
Continually increasing her depth of knowledge in movement intelligence, Andrea completed her Bones for Life training in 2018, a Feldenkrais methodology. She's currently a regional Bones for Life educator, leading comprehensive training to hundreds of students around the globe.
Suzanne received her comprehensive Classical Pilates Certification in 2003 after 600+ hours of training and apprenticeship in New York City. Considered a “2nd generation” instructor after studying under Romana Kryzanowska (who received her training directly from Joseph Pilates), Suzanne brings a wealth of knowledge and tenure to her teaching. Other teachers who influence her craft and practice include master instructors Ton Voogt, Michael Fritzke and Brett Howard.
Suzanne opened The Pilates Space studio in Grand Junction, Colorado in 2005, a successful studio for nearly a decade (before relocating to Cincinnati, Ohio in 2017). Here, Suzanne continues to make her mark on the Pilates community through group classes as well as private client training. You can find Suzanne at both Attune Movement and Anchor Wellness studios, guiding a variety of clients to gain proprioception, alignment, control, and flexibility.
After Pilates reformer training with Heather Sommer, Christina has been consistently teaching (and practicing) for 8 years. Her movement and body awareness stems from her rich background in ballet and modern dance performance. She holds a BFA in Dance from Wright State University.
