Dottie Mclntyre
Instructor
I was introduced to Pilates many years ago during a PT session for some lower back pain. I immediately fell in love with the mind/body connection and the way my body gained strength as well as flexibility at the same time. I completed my comprehensive training through Balanced Body with Nico and was on my journey to helping others. I have previously owned my own studio in Mariemont but I am now content just teaching and helping others with their fitness goals. I love to
teach a full-body workout in a safe, effective way that flows from one move to the next. I am always willing to listen and understand my client's needs and concerns. I am an avid Buffalo Bills fan and love to spend time with my husband and 4 grown children. My winters are spent in the Sunshine State, escaping the cold!
